The first step in the process is to arrange a meeting at your home or the site to be developed. During this consultation we’ll discuss your ideas and our initial thoughts whilst providing you with a clear understanding of what the next steps are and importantly what it is likely to cost, along with the timescales. This initial chat will also enable us to get acquainted, as there will be a lot of interaction with both parties during the duration of the project.

After the onsite meeting or home consultation we’ll send you an outline proposal for taking your Project from the initial concepts through to the completed build, giving details on the journey ahead, time-frames and an estimate of the likely fees and other associated costs. In some cases we’ll suggest we begin with a Feasibility Study.
